To be eligible, you must:
- Submit your request within 30 days of purchase
- Provide three dated photos or screenshots showing your participation (e.g. meals you prepared, completed trackers, or other proof of effort)
- Email your request and proof to refund@antiinflammatorydietitian.com
Refunds are issued only if the submitted evidence shows a sincere attempt to follow the plan. Refund approval is not automatic and is subject to review.

2. 14-Day Action-Based Refund Policy
If you purchased a product covered by our 14-Day Refund Guarantee and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
If you purchased a digital product that is marked as non-refundable on the sales page, it is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted, the product is considered delivered and no returns are accepted.
