Hi, I’m Dietitian Denise
Credentials & Clinical Training
I Help Women Reduce Chronic Inflammation So Their Metabolism, Hormones, and Energy Work With Them — Not Against Them.
I’m Denise — a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (MS, RDN) with advanced clinical training in inflammation-related conditions. I translate complex research into practical, structured nutrition strategies for women who want real answers — not extremes, guilt, or hype.
I don’t do cleanses.
I don’t do extremes.
I don’t promise miracle cures.
I read the research, explain what it actually means for your body, and help you apply it in ways that are realistic and sustainable.
Why I Focus on Inflammation
For years, I worked across clinical and private practice settings, helping women with PCOS, autoimmune markers, joint pain, gut disorders, blood sugar instability, fatigue, and hormone-related weight changes.
Different diagnoses.
Different lab panels.
Different symptom lists.
But one pattern kept appearing.
Chronic low-grade inflammation.
Not as a trendy buzzword — as a physiological driver.
Over time, I realized I didn’t need a hundred separate nutrition protocols. I needed a structured approach that addressed inflammation at its root. Because when inflammatory stress decreases, metabolism often stabilizes. When metabolism stabilizes, hormones behave differently. Energy improves. Symptoms frequently soften.
That insight reshaped how I practice — and how I teach.
What I Believe
Inflammation is the thread.
Joint pain, brain fog, hormonal disruption, stubborn weight, gut instability, fatigue — these aren’t random. For many women, especially after 40, chronic low-grade inflammation is a common denominator worth addressing. Address the inflammatory drivers, and the body starts working with you again.
Addition before restriction.
I would rather you add protein, fiber, omega-3s, and sleep consistency than remove everything you enjoy. The research supports this approach — and it’s the one that actually sticks.
You don’t need another diet.
You need clarity about what’s happening in your body and a structured way to calm it down — without extremes, guilt, or overwhelm.
The research matters.
I cite it. I link it. I tell you when evidence is strong, when it’s mixed, and when online claims go beyond what data supports. You deserve nuance, not hype.
I combine clinical experience with current research — and translate both into guidance that fits real life.
Who This Is For
You may be here because something shifted — a diagnosis, a lab result, stubborn fatigue, worsening sleep, creeping weight gain, or a doctor’s appointment that left you with more questions than answers.
You’re capable.
You’re informed.
You’re not looking for a hack.
You want to understand what’s happening in your body — and what you can realistically do about it.
That’s exactly who I built this for.
